I had a blast at the Renegade Craft Fair this week end!
It was my first show as a maker and I didn't know what to expect. But I got plenty of fantastic compliments and many good feed backs after the show. The hand-dyed blankets were my best seller among all my products and I got many pre-orders. :) Unfortunately I was alone at the booth and very busy so I didn't got the time to visit all the vendors, but I met some nice people and I hope to be able to meet them again for an interview on the blog!

RENEGADE JULY 2013.
Hi! It's been awhile since I haven't gave some news. I'm super busy preparing one of the biggest craft fair in San Francisco: The Renegade Craft fair !
I've got selected two months ago and since then I try to be ready for this week end. Their will be tons of awesome booths with talented people everywhere. I can say I feel very little among all these artists and incredible makers!
You will be able to find me in a very little booth at the total opposite of the entry. Of course I will sell my Zipillows but also the products I have with my Happy French Gang: bags, blankets and pillows handmade, hand-printed or hand-dyed by me.
If you always wanted to sit or sleep on a Zipillow come see me at this fair in Fort Mason this week end!

NEON BLUE AND YELLOW + BLUE-GREY LINEN ZIPILLOW.
Here is my first Zipillow fluorescent by night. I discovered that 2 weeks after I made it!
One side of the Zipillow is hand-printed with water based ink on 100% organic cotton. The blue print is the part which is fluorescent.
The other side is made with blue/grey linen.
Dimension of each pillows: 20x20 inches.
Dimension of the Zipillow: 40x40 inches.

MY FIRST MINI HAND PRINTED ZIPILLOW.
Here is my first hand printed Zipillow! It was a long, arduous and exciting work!
Everything is hand printed and handmade by myself. The pattern is unique you won't find it everywhere! The fabric is a canvas with a butter color that you can fit everywhere.
You can use your Zipillow outside or inside according to your needs.
This Zipillow is a mini size, adapted for kids. The dimension of the Zipillow is 40x40 inches.

ZIPILLOW - LITTLE TOTE BAG.
Here is the little bag I planned to make for a kickstarter projects. See the other here and here. Now that I started to make bags with leather for my new brand Happy French Gang I feel that this one is tooooo simple!

ZIPILLOW - LARGE TOTE BAG.
Hello guys, I'm seriously thinking to make a Kickstarter project for my Zipillow!
Do you know what's Kickstarter? It's a funding platform for creative projects. Every project creator sets their project's funding goal and deadline. If people like the project, they can pledge money to make it happen.
I really like Kickstarter and already bought some projects. I think it could be an incredible adventure for Zipillow. Of course it's really challenging because funding on Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. It means that if the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, all backers' credit cards are charged when time expires. If the project falls short, no one is charged.
I want to offer the possibility for backers to get different kind of price of rewards. Of course there will be different Zipillows but also different kind of tote bags. I've created 3 different bags. They will be all made with a natural cotton fabric and for each bags people will be able to choice the color of the handles between yellow, blue, hot pink and black.
Above you can see my first bag. This one is super large and you can put tons of stuff inside.

GLOBAL SOAP PROJECT.
Have you already heard about Global Soap Project?
The first time I heard about them was when I purchased a scarf at Ella Lou shop.
Global Soap Project is a creative not-for profit organization which works to prevent deaths caused by a lack of hygiene,
by recycling used hotel soap and turning it into new bars. The new bars are distributed to vulnerable populations around the world.
Zipillow is happy to be involved in this organization. It means that
we have now a partnership with Global Soap Project and for
each purchase from us, you help Global Soap Project and participate to finance 10 bars of soap.

MINI ZIPILLOW BLACK & RED DOGS PRINTED FABRIC .
Here are the pictures of my Mini Zipillow black & red dogs printed fabric! It's also available in all black or all red.
Dimension of the zipillow: 40x40 inches. Dimension of each pillow: 20x20 inches.
Of course this mini zipillow is a cute size for the little ones so they can play with the pillows and try different layouts. But we can make it bigger (54x54 inches) if you want.
