PORTUGUESE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE.

Usually I'm not a big fan of Chocolate Mousse. But when I went to Portugal four years ago, I ate this dessert at least two times a day during two weeks! It was so good! So I asked my friend and got the recipe from her Portuguese mother-in-law...

0.5 pound of black chocolate
3 soup spoons of sugar
1+1/2 soupe spoon of butter
7/8 eggs

Place the butter, the sugar and the chocolate in pieces in a bath of water and add one of the egg yolk at a time. Mix well. Form a foam with the white part of the eggs. Add them on the rest (chocolate) with a wooden spoon (do not mix, do it gentle and always on the same direction.
Place on the refrigerator.
Enjoy….
